Bailey’s Mango Hojicha Sundae

A sundae that was made for our fun adults! As you indulge in each bite, notice the subtle mango aroma as it melts into a vanilla – Irish cream infusion.

  • 8 oz Serving cup
  • Chawan or shallow bowl
  • Bamboo whisk
  • Spoon
  • Ice cream scoop



  • In the chawan, whisk together the mango hojicha powder and 25 ml of hot water.
  • Add the 1 oz of Bailey's to the mango hojicha shot and use a spoon to mix well. Refrain from whisking the irish cream as it will decrease the longevity of your bamboo whisk.
  • Grab your serving glass and add a scoop of your favourite vanilla ice cream.
  • Gently pour the mango hojicha – liquor shot over the ice cream. Now get ready to indulge with a spoon!


Enjoy responsibly and don’t forget to make a serving for your friends and family!
Although we usually sweeten our tea shots, we omitted sugar in this recipe as the vanilla ice cream and Bailey’s have sweet flavour profiles.
