Wash the fresh strawberries and pat dry. Ensure that the strawberries are well dried to allow the chocolate to coat it evenly.
Roughly chop up the white chocolate and place it in the the heat-proof bowl.
In the stove top pot, fill it halfway with water and bring it to a boil. Carefully place the heat proof bowl on top of the stove top pot(double boiler method).
Lower the temperature of the stove to low and stir the chocolate until it is melted. Remove the melted chocolate from the stove and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
Sift the matcha powder (or tea powder of your choice) into the chocolate and fold the mixture until the chocolate is one colour.
Grab the strawberry by the stem and angle the chocolate bowl on a 45 degree angle and coat the whole strawberry. Immediately place the chocola-tea berries on the lined baking sheet.
Once all the strawberries have been coated in a tea-licious layer, pop them in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes and enjoy!
