If you're looking for a dairy-free version of our popular Thai iced oat, you're in luck! Crafted with Chatramue Thai tea (extra gold) and Earth's Own Baritsta oat milk, the pairing is creamy, distinct and refreshing.
Equipment
- Stove top pot with lid
- Measuring cup
- Teaspoon
- Strainer for tea leaves
- Heat-proof cup
- Serving glass 16oz
Ingredients
- 12 g Chatramue Thai tea (extra gold) or 5.5 tsp
- 150 ml Hot water
- 4 tsp White sugar
- 175 ml Oat milk
- 1 Cup Ice
Instructions
- In the stove-top pot, bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, add in the Thai tea leaves and stir the leaves until it is fully submerged. Lower the heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 5 minutes (with the lid on), then remove the tea from the stove and strain it into the heat-proof cup.
- Add the sugar into the tea and stir throughly, set aside.
- In your serving glass, add in the ice and oatmilk. Top off the drink by gently pouring over the prepared Thai tea mixture.
- Stir well and enjoy!
