Jasmine Matcha Swirl Bark
If you're a fan of sweet treats and juicy strawberries, we've infused our favourite teas into a juicy and decadent chocolate bark!

Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes

  • Measuring spoons
  • 2 Heat proof jars
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 Small shallow container



  • Evenly split the white chocolate between the two microwave safe cups and microwave the chocolate in 10 second increments until fully melted. Set aside.
  • Use the parchment paper to line the container and lay down a layer of sliced strawberries.
  • In the cups with the white chocolate, stir in the jasmine powder in one and the sift in the matcha powder in the other. Make sure both chocolates are throughly stirred.
  • Pour the infused chocolate(one at a time) into the container with the strawberries and refrigerate it for at least an hour.
  • Once it is done cooling, carefully remove the chocolate bark from the parchment paper and enjoy!


Best enjoyed within 2-3 days to ensure freshness from the tea flavours and strawberries. Make it a head of time and bring it to your next gathering or picnic!
