Strawberry Matcha Cold Foam
Create a luscious strawberry cold foam by blending strawberry puree/jam with whipping cream, resulting in a burst of fruity notes. This delicious topping adds a delightful sweetness to matcha and other teas, elevating each sip with its unique texture and flavour!

  • Hand-held milk frother
  • 3 Serving glasses prepare your 2 iced tea lattes (we opted for matcha & jasmine)
  • Measuring spoons


  • 1-2 TBSP Strawberry puree / jam per cup
  • 1-2 TBSP Strawberry syrup we used smuckers!
  • 1/4 Cup Whipping cream


  • In 2 of the serving glasses, line each bottom with 1-2 TBSP of strawberry jam.
  • Prepare your iced tea latte per instructions on the stone-milled tea packages.
  • In the third serving glass, froth the whipping cream with the strawberry syrup until it has doubled in size and resembles an airy texture.
  • Gently dollop the cold foam equally over the 2 iced tea lattes and enjoy!


We recommend pairing the cold foam with matcha, jasmine or genmaicha. Although you are welcome to explore other tea pairings with this topping!
