BACKGROUND | This stone-milled Hojicha Powder (Obsidian) is milled from Hojicha using 100% Autumn Bancha – Deeply roasted.
FLAVOUR | The powder can easily be dissolved in water for making rich Hojicha Latte with a strong caramelly note and a deep brown colour for Latte art. This is also great for baking!
